Blog Post Commenting...Whats the deal?

As I talk to myself on this here Blog (since Im still trying to figure this site out) Im wondering is the commenting on posts messed up? Im not sure if anythings going through man! Very frustrating and I feel like a spammer resending the comment in hopes of getting a confirmation that it sent through for approval by the Blogger...sigh, what gives.
